Return & Refund Eligibility

Digital Services & Listings: All services provided by PBN are digital and customized. Therefore, once a listing or service is activated, it is non-refundable.

Accidental/Duplicate Payments: If you have made an accidental or duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify and process an appropriate refund if eligible.

Service Not Delivered: If a purchased service was not delivered as described or within the promised timeframe, you may request a refund or an extension of service.
Refund Process

Submit your refund request within 7 days of payment.

Provide your transaction ID, registered email, and reason for the refund.

Our support team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Important Notes

Refunds are not applicable once the listing is live or the service is fulfilled.

Customized packages and premium services may have individual terms and may not qualify for a refund.
